This is a kinescope of a broadcast from 1957 by KWK-TV, discussing the issues facing the then not quite two year old department. Among these were inadequate facilities and insufficient officers and vehicles to cover the large patrol area. Includes interviews with Police Superintendent Raymond Hensley and Deputy Superintendent James Brocksmith. The film also shows then Lieutenant (later Major) John Fink and then Lieutenant (later Major) J. Michael Bergauer at work and the three district police stations.
